We hope most of you noticed Guns.com’s new getup as of today—a new look and a new attitude for the spring and, just like the season itself, a sign of good things to come. These changes in appearance are partially due to the launch of the very first components of our Community Section, which is ready and waiting for your participation, your edification and, most of all, your enjoyment.
To that effect, we at Guns.com encourage you to sign up now for your very own Guns.com profile if you have not done so already. It’s easy, free and will grant you access to the forthcoming treasure trove of collective community knowledge that will be forming in the months ahead. We hope one day our vision of an online venue, linking gun owners with gun owners not just across the country but around the world, will be realized and the shooting, hunting and gun loving communities will, as a result, be more cohesive, informed and represented with better access to firearm knowledge, entertainment and each other.
Currently our community section features Forums. Our forums are in place for you to voice opinions, ask questions and provide answers. Got a question about a gun? Post it in one of our forums and you’ll get an answer. Also, you will notice in your personal profile you are able to post blog messages. Those will be seen by any user on guns.com who ‘follows’ you. Your posts will also be incorporated onto the homepage of guns.com as well as our main community news page. Your viewpoints and opinions are valued greatly by us here at guns.com and we would like to make you a part of the news making process. Let your voice be heard and become a part of the conversation.
Remember, it’s your community so please treat it as such and we would really like to encourage each and every one of you to start conversations with your peers.
We’re incredibly excited about entering this next phase of the life of the Guns.com and we hope you’ll join us on the journey.
