Training Defense Institute Hosts a Class Specifically for Amputees and Physically Challenged Military Personnel

On May 14-16, 2012 the Tactical Defense Institute (TDI) in conjunction with SRT Prosthetics will be offering a class specifically for active or former military who have been injured and will also be available for civilians who are “Prosthesis and/or Physically Challenged”.

The “Wounded Warrior — Handgun 1-3 for Amputees and the Physically Challenged” class will include private instruction from the TDI training cadre on the use of firearms, weapon handling, weapon application, tactics and mindset in self-defense and tactical applications. Meanwhile, SRT Prosthetics will be present to address students’ specific needs in regard to their custom prosthetic. SRT Prosthetic’s lessons will include preventing damage to or, should damage occur, the servicing of students’ specific prosthetics.
