Registration is Open for the 2012 NRA Junior Pistol and Smallbore Rifle Camps

Registration has opened for the 2012 NRA Junior Pistol and Smallbore Rifle Camps that will take place this July in Camp Perry, Ohio.

The six-day camps will offer expert instruction to 12-18 year old competitors under the supervision of NRA certified coaches. While the camps are mostly geared toward intermediate shooters, the camps will be accepting beginners if space is available.

The Pistol Class is held July 10-15, participants will focus on conventional and international pistol shooting and is limited to 50 shooters. The Smallbore Rifle Camp will run from July 21-26, will focus on three- and four-position rifle shooting and is capped at 72 shooters.

Those who register before June 15 will receive a $25 discount off of the $225 registration fee. While participants are responsible for travel and loading expenses fire-time Junior Pistol campers are eligible for a tuition and travel reimbursement of up to $500 thanks to the Ohio Gun Collector Association.
