Kahr Arms recently donated $50,000 to the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP). It looks like Kahr Arms really has a thing for troops — they just finished donating a Tommy Gun to the Armor 4 Troops Foundation.
The Wounded Warrior Project is one of the most noble and worthy charities out there. It seeks to raise awareness about injured service members and it strives to enlist the public’s aid to help these heroic servicemen. Every year, thousands of wounded warriors and caregivers receive support from WWP programs.
Kahr Arms isn’t just supporting troops with their paycheck, they’re supporting the US of A with their basic business philosophy: “Both the Kahr Arms and Magnum Research product catalogs and websites are dedicated to the brave men and women in our Armed Forces. The Kahr Arms family of firearms is committed to producing ‘All American’ products by sourcing components here in the US and providing manufacturing jobs to American workers, keeping our country strong and free.”
Beginning this year Kahr actually launched a new marketing campaign that focuses more on the fact that they’re an American firearms company, a spokesman told Guns.com at SHOT Show.
Of course, you don’t have to be the CEO of a big-shot company to make a difference in a veteran’s life. Click here to make a donation to the Wounded Warrior Project. Who knows? If you donate $50,000, we may even write an article about you.
