Halloween is over, which leaves gun owners with a burning question: what can we do with all of those leftover jack-o-lanterns?
Hmm… Oh! Here’s an idea. Why not use them as target practice?
We definitely aren’t the first people to come up with that idea. Jeff of Bigshooterist posted a video of some true pumpkin-slaying mayhem. How well do you think a couple dozen pumpkins will hold up against machine guns?
Well, as you might expect, the pumpkins don’t stand much of a chance. There’s a near constant stream of rat-tat-tat machine gun fire as these gun enthusiasts unload on the unsuspecting vegetables. It sounds more like a warzone than a firing range. This clip isn’t for the faint of heart – it’s a veritable pumpkinocaust.
There’s nothing quite like the smell of gunpowder and pumpkin guts, is there? We really can’t think of a better way to close off October and welcome November. This video really makes us wonder: how do these gun lovers celebrate Thanksgiving and – even better – how do these fellas dispose of their old Christmas trees? Probably with a flame thrower and a few hand grenades. We may find out in a few months.
