When was this printed? It looks like late 1960's ?

I'd like to submit an original copy of this ad to demented Uncle Biden. Proof that the AR platform is and always was a modern sporting rifle.

According to my inflation calculator link ( http://data.bls.gov/cgi-bin/cpicalc.pl?cost1=189.5&year1=1960&year2=2012) , 189.50 in 1960 dollars equals 1470 in 2012.

Other than the triangular handguard (also referred to as a "barrel shroud" which some deranged scumbags in Congress believe increases the power and lethality of black rifles) and lack of forward assist its the same rifle of today.
