A seven year old grade school student named Josh Welch of Park Elementary School in Baltimore has been suspended – suspended for chewing a pastry into the shape of a gun.  The student claims he was chewing the unnamed pastry into the shape of a mountain, but his teacher thought otherwise and he has been suspended from school for two days. “It was already a rectangle and I just kept on biting it and biting it and tore off the top and it kinda looked like a gun but it wasn’t,” said Josh. A letter was sent to every parent in the school informing them of the incident. Josh’s father stated “I would almost call it insanity. I mean with all the potential issues that could be dealt with at school, real threats, bullies, whatever the real issue is, it’s a pastry..”
