Ohio open carry marchers die in head-on collision (VIDEO)

Four members and supporters of a high-profile Richmond-area firearms rights group were killed in an early morning crash Friday near Dunkirk, Ohio.

Jason Spitzer, Stephen Kim, David Alexander Armstrong, and Jimmy Higgins, who were all members of the group The Right To Bear Arms RVA, were killed in the crash when their car collided with a tractor-trailer. They were on their way to meet with another gun rights advocacy group, the Hell’s Saints, for an open carry walk in Detroit.

Spitzer founded the grass-roots group of Second Amendment supporters known for openly carrying their rifles and other firearms in neighborhoods and shopping districts.

“These were top-tier soldiers in the fight for freedom, they were all tragically killed in Ohio on the last leg of their journey,” the Hell’s Saints said on Facebook. “Our hearts will be heavy today and tomorrow, with the absence of these 4 men weighs upon us.”

A GoFundMe page has been set up for their families to raise funds for their funerals.
