FBI, local ministry sends therapy dogs for Orlando victims, families

In an effort to help grieving victims, their families and those who lost loved ones in the tragic shooting at a nightclub over the weekend, the Federal Bureau of Investigation has sent K-9s from the crisis response team to Orlando.

But the feds weren’t the only ones who brought comfort to the city through four-legged friends. A dozen comfort dogs and their handlers, who are part of the Lutheran Church Charities ministry, also made their way to the city Monday.
