It is now legal to carry a concealed firearm without a license in the state of New Hampshire.
Lawmakers in the House made short work Tuesday of a bill to bring constitutional carry to the state, sending it to the Senate 83-9.
“The bottom line is there are multiple people that heard, ‘Drop the gun,’ and right after that, they heard two loud bangs,” said Chief Acevedo.
Sheriff Danny Dominguez said two of the three men involved were the ones who fired and the shooting was the result of confusion, commotion, and paranoia.
