The Armalite M-15 A4 SPR II National Match Rifle is a semi-automatic rifle chambered in .223 Rem. or 5.56 NATO. It has a .223 WYLDE chamber. With a 20" stainless steel barrel, the SPR II National Match Rifle is heavier than the other M-15 A4 guns offered by Armalite, including the M-15 A4 SPR. The M-15 is one of four rifles manufactured and sold by the company. Armalite recommends the M-15 A4 SPR II National Match Rifle for competitive shooting and military use.
The M-15 A4 SPR II National Match Rifle features a forged flattop upper receiver with a Picatinny rail and laser engraved numbering. The Picatinny rail allows for easy mounting of optics. The gun also has a two-stage trigger and extendable stock. Another feature on the M-15 A4 SPR II National Match Rifle is a chrome lined barrel threaded for a flash suppressor. This lessens the visible burning gases exiting the muzzle. The rifle has a synthetic stock finished in either matte green or matte black. It weighs 9.4375 lbs. and has a magazine capacity of 30.
Armalite is an influential firearms manufacturer resurrected in 1996. The company is currently based out of Geneseo, Illinois.
