The Browning 1911-22 A1 is a medium-frame pistol chambered in .22 LR. Newly introduced in 2011, this scaled down 1911 commemorates the 100th anniversary of the classic 1911 pistol. It features an alloy frame with matte blue finish, a machined aluminum slide, brown composite grips. Its sights are fixed and it has a 10-round magazine. Each pistol made and retailed by Browning during the first year of production will include a collector’s certificate of authenticity as well as a commemorative canvas/leather zippered pistol case.
