Colt Gold Cup National Match


The Colt Gold Cup National Match is a semi-auto 1911-style pistol chambered in .45 ACP. The Gold Cup was introduced as a new gun at the 2012 SHOT Show and is designed for competitive shooting. Spokesman for Colt say it fits all requirements for NRA Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) competitions.

The Gold Cup National Match features a National Match barrel, a widened trigger, lowered and flared ejection ports, wrap-around rubber grips, a spurred hammer and fully adjustable Bomar sights and target front sight post. Otherwise it has standard 1911 features such as a manual safety, grip safety and single-action trigger.
