HS Precision Pro-Series 2000 HTR

Description

The HS Precision Pro-Series 2000 Heavy Tactical Rifle is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .308 Win., 7.62 NATO, .300 Win. Mag. and .338 Lapua Mag.. However, since the HTR is a custom built rifle HS Precision says it can be chambered in any standard Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers Institute (SAAMI) calibers.

Standard features on the HTR include an adjustable cheek pad and length of pull. The stock has a rough textured finish, so shooters won’t slip even if they’re sweaty. The HTR is available with either a stainless steel barrel or a heavy fluted barrel with a black matte finish. On the front of the stock is a bi-pod, so no sandbags needed for planting. It comes with a Leupold scope pre-mounted to the top Picatinny rail. That particular scope, the VX-III 4.5-14X40mm, allows shooters to adjust for distance and cartridge. There are also two side Picatinny rails for easy mounting of other accessories.

Snipers part of elite teams within the FBI and the US Navy use the HTR. Otherwise HS Precision recommends the HTR for long-distance shooting or competitive shooting.
