The Marlin Model 336BL is a lever-action hunting rifle chambered in .30-30 Win. The Model 336BL is one of five centerfire rifles produced in Marlin’s 336 series, but what makes the 336BL unique is that it has a large lever loop, so it’s easier to use with gloves.
Features include Marlin’s patented Micro-Groove rifling that carves 12 grooves into the bore. The barrel is also 18″ long, which puts the overall length at 37″. All metal surfaces are blued steel and the stock is made of brown laminated hardwood with checkering on the grip. It holds 6 rounds in its tubular magazine and it employs an adjustable folding rear sight and ramp front sight with brass bead, and Wide-Scan brand hood.
Marline recommends the Model 336BL for hunting large game.
