Model 114 American Classic

The Savage Model 14 American Classic is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .30-06 Springfield, .300 Win. Mag., .270 Win., and 7mm Rem. Mag. calibers. The Model 14 American Classic is one of eight rifles in Savage’s Classic Series. Savage Arms was founded in 1894, and is headquartered in Westfield, Massachusetts.

The American Classic features a steel or stainless steel barrel finished in natural high luster. The American Classic also includes a natural wood stock finished in satin. Both grips and forend include checkering. Additional features include a detachable box magazine, swivel studs, a black forend cap, and Savage’s AccuTrigger system.

The AccuTrigger system features a dual-stage trigger design. The first (vented) trigger acts to disengage a safety mechanism, allowing the second trigger to be depressed in order to activate the firing pin. The trigger assembly is also user-adjustable for weight of pull. The Model 14 American Classic is drilled and tapped for scope mounts.
