Smith & Wesson Model 29

Description

The Smith & Wesson Model 29 is a medium-framed revolver chambered in .44 Mag. and .44 Special. S&W is the largest manufacturer of handguns in the US and is headquartered in Springfield, Massachusetts. The Model 29 is most commonly referred to as “The Dirty Harry Gun.” However, there are many variations of it and more commonly seen is the Model 629.

The Model 29 features Altamont brand walnut grips and employs a red ramp front sight for easy sight alignment and a micro adjustable rear sight. The Model 29 also uses a 6-round carbon steel cylinder and exposed hammer. It comes available in a nickel finish or blue finish.

S&W recommends the Model 29 for collecting, recreational shooting, and hunting.
