The SA-08 Entre Rios utilizes a chrome-plated bolt for non-binding movement and increased durability. The SA-08 Entre Rios also employs a machined receiver made from aircraft-grade alloys for reduced overall weight. A carrier control button allows the shooter to clear the chamber without unloading the gun completely. The SA-08 also includes a drop-out trigger that can be removed for cleaning. Additional features include cut checkering on grip and fore-end, interchangeable choke tubes (SK, IC, M), and a top vent rib.

The SA-08 Entre Rios is named after the renowned dove hunting region of Argentina, and is recommended by Weatherby for bird hunting.
