At Guns.com, we are committed to the important role we play in providing an essential service to Americans.  As the COVID-19 situation continues to develop, we have taken the necessary steps to ensure the safety and health of our employees and customers, while preserving our ability to continue to sell firearms, ammo, and accessories. 

Help Keep Local Stores in Business

Guns.com is still a great way to support your local gun stores while shopping at home.  We put local dealers first and are committed to keeping them in business by prioritizing them.  That philosophy has never been more important than right now.

We’re Here for our Customers

We have also built a business that is flexible in being able to support our customers.  We are able to keep our call center open, allowing our employees to work from home, so we are still here to help you every step of the way.  You can also be assured that any products from the Guns.com warehouse are subject to stringent safety and sanitation procedures. 

How it Impacts You

Of course, the current situation is not without impact to our business.  The surge in demand for firearms and ammo is causing some delays in shipping.  Rest assured we will do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We are also constantly monitoring any closures of FFL stores that might impact your ability to receive your gun and have instituted new procedures to hold your order for up to two weeks if needed in the event that FFLs in your area are unable to receive product.  This ensures that if they are able to open again, we will ship your gun immediately to make sure you get it faster.

As things continue to change, Guns.com is adjusting to make sure that we are continuing to provide our essential service in support of the Second Amendment, that we are giving the best experience possible to our customers, and that we are keeping our employees and customers safe.
