The cylinder of the stainless steel models are fluted to reduce weight and treated with a PVD finish for increased durability. The patented polymer fire-control housing keeps everything in its proper place and also aids in reducing weight and felt recoil while the patented friction-reducing cam design offers a smooth non-stacking trigger pull from the LCR.
