Listed is a pre owned Smith & Wesson Model 640 (No Dash) chambered in 38 Special. This revolver features custom work by the now late Karl Sokol of Chestnut Mountain Sports. Work includes a frame lug replacement, double action tune, trigger guard stippling, removal of the nickel finish with a new bead blast stainless finish. The grip is a stunning set of Craig Spegel wooden grips with some beautiful grain markings. Overall this revolver is in excellent condition with some light marks from use. It comes with the original invoice from Karl Sokol and a generic hard case. The erial number (BRR5077) puts the manufacture date in 1994.
