The FN 509 is built on the proven architecture of the FNS Compact. FN made changes internally and externally to meet the rigorous performance standards of the MHS requirements and, with the help of industry experts, further developed the platform into the FN 509. Over the course of development, the platform has been tested extensively for reliability, ammunition compatibility, and durability totaling more than one million rounds.

Rugged and dependable, the FNH FN 509 is a semi-automatic 9mm pistol well equipped for self-defense and tactical applications. This model is equipped with 3-dot night sights. It is in very good condition and comes with an FN soft case, owner's manual, three 17-round magazines, and two extra backstraps.
