The Heckler Koch USP Compact is a short-recoil semi-automatic pistol. Its mechanical recoil system buffers its slide and barrel lowering recoil by up to 30. This pistol features a cold hammer forged barrel with polygonal bore profile machined nitro-carburized steel slide with optional corrosion resistant blued finish fiber-reinforced polymer frame with narrow full-hand grip universal mounting grooves grooved target trigger with flared recurve guard lock-out safety and ambidextrous magazine release. The USP Compact can be converted to any of nine different firing modes.
