The HK VP9 M700009-A5 4.09″ Barrel 9mm Luger is the latest striker fired handgun from Heckler & Koch, the last one being the HK P7 since the 1980’s. The HK VP9 is a polymer semi-auto handgun that is a descendant of the famous HK P30 series of handguns. The biggest difference that the VP9 is striker fired. Consistent trigger pull every time from start to finish with a short, light take-up and solid single action break at about 5 pounds, followed by one an audible, tactile reset. Just like the P30 Series, the VP9 has some of the best ergonomics in the industry, not just with 3 interchangeable back straps, but 3 interchangeable side panels per side that let you create the perfect grip dimensions for the user. This is a unique feature among HK P30 and VP9 Pistols. All controls are completely ambidextrous, such as the lever style magazine release and the slide stop. A new feature to the VP9 is the patented charging supports at the rear of the slide. These “ears” allow an effortless grasp on the slide for charging the weapon, even those who suffer from reduced hand-strength will notice a difference. Utilizing the same magazines as the P30, the steel magazines have witness holes up to the 15-round capacity. The underside of the pistol has a true MIL-STD-1913 rail for accessories. Like all Heckler & Koch, this firearm has the cold hammer forged barrel – made from cannon grade steel – with polygonal rifling which increases muzzle velocity and contributes to longer service life. The sights are a 3-dot configuration with a luminescent night sight that reacts to direct light exposure. This model comes with two (2) 15-round magazines.

Shopping at Guns.com gives you the backing of a company that is committed to your satisfaction. And unlike our competitors, it extends beyond the buying process. We get the FFL from your store – others make you find it, copy it, and fax it. We have a generous return policy, and handle everything – you don’t have to go back to the store. And our Rangemasters are here to answer all your questions about our products or process. We're bringing a level of service to the online gun buying experience that is unheard of.
Many online gun sales actually take away from your local community. Instead of buying a gun that’s on your local store’s shelf, most retailers drop ship it from a warehouse in another state. At Guns.com, if an FFL is part of our network, we sell THEIR guns first whenever possible. That way, we’re helping small businesses in your community AND if they have it in stock, you can pick your gun up IMMEDIATELY – it’s how business should be done.
Most everything can be easily bought online these days. But for some reason, buying a gun online can be complicated. Most websites are poorly organized, don’t tell you a lot about what you’re buying, and leave you on your own to figure out what you want. Guns.com is built to be simple – easily organized products, useful descriptions from experts, and support to guide you to the right choice. Spend your time enjoying the gun you want, not getting frustrated with a complex website that makes gun buying hard.
