The Husqvarna M40 is a semiautomatic handgun used by the Swedish military from 1940 through the 1980s. Chambered in 9mm with an 8-round capacity, this pistol is a slightly modified version of the L35. Made to endure the coldest climates, it offers slide serrations that are deep and tapered, along with a large trigger guard and extended safety for optimal control with gloved hands. The M40 also features a diamond checkered grip, as well as notch rear and blade front sights.
