Chambered in 22 LR, the Smith & Wesson M&P22 is a semi-automatic handgun that, unlike the company’s other M&P variants, is an internal hammer-fired and blowback-operated. It features a Picatinny rail, as well as single dot front and adjustable notch rear sights. The M&P22 was first manufactured in 2011, with a compact version made two years later.
