The Smith & Wesson M&P45 Shield is a striker-fired, semi-automatic handgun that packs the power and features of the full-sized M&P45 into an ultra-compact design.

Chambered in 45 ACP, it features a corrosion-free polymer frame and stainless steel chassis, barrel, and slide, aggressively textured grip, single stack magazine, and 3-dot sights.

It’s available with or without a thumb safety, and disassembly can be done without pulling the trigger, thanks to a patented take-down lever and sear deactivation system.

Thin and lightweight, yet dependable, the M&P45 Shield is an ideal choice for concealed carry, as well as home defense.
