The Ruger American Standard is a bolt-action rifle that features an ergonomic lightweight synthetic stock with classic looks and modern fore-end contouring and grip serrations. It offers an adjustable trigger with a crisp release a soft rubber buttpad to reduce felt recoil and dual-cocking cams for smooth cycling. The hammer-forged free-floating barrel aids in accuracy and is easily cleaned. The American Standard which is 100 American-made also features a user-friendly tang safety.
