This Hi-Point 995 is a semi-automatic rifle chambered in 9mm and one of the most affordable pistol-caliber carbines on the market today. It is 100% American-made and rated for use with +P ammunition. The skeletonized stock is made from all-weather molded polymer, boasts an integral recoil buffer, and re-engineered for improved handling and accuracy. Three Weaver-style rails ensure plenty of options for your favorite optics and accessories. Other features of the 995 include sling swivel studs, last round lock open, and “Ghost Ring” sights.
