The Remington Model 11-48 is a post-WWII variant of the model 11 shotgun. It was redesigned for easier production in large numbers while still maintaining quality. There were an increasingly large number of outdoorsmen during this time period making production volume an important metric. They came in a variety of configurations, with this model featuring a 2 ¾" chamber and 14" length-of-pull. The barrel with modified vent rib barrel appears to have been cut to 18" and fiber optic iron sights have been added to the rib. This shotgun is rated in good condition, with some marks and dings on the receiver and come surface dents and marks on the stock.
