Shotgun Shooting at its Finest: Shotgun Competitors Prepare to Meet at the 2012 ISSF World Cup

On March 24-30 over 250 of the world’s best shotgun competitors will head to the Tucson Trap & Skeet Club for the 2012 International Shooting Sports Federation (ISSF) World Cup.

Only two more World Cup contests remain prior to the 2012 Olympic Games in London. Many shooters will be competing in Tucson, using the match as one of their last major shooting tests prior to the Olympic Games this July. The USA Shooting Team includes four-time Olympic medalist Kim Rhode, gold medalists Vincent Hancock and Glen Eller and Bronze medalist Corey Cogdell as well as former-Olympian Jeff Holguin.

Shooters will be competing in three different international events: trap, double trap and skeet.
