The Weatherby Vanguard Series 2 Synthetic Package: Sub-MOA on a budget

Weatherby has announced the Vanguard Series 2 Synthetic Package, a reasonably-priced factory-scoped rifle combination that promises an outstanding level of accuracy from the factory, sub-MOA, with Weatherby factory ammunition. Based on the Vanguard 2, the Synthetic Package is chambered for a baker’s dozen of cartridges from .223 Remington to .338 Winchester Magnum, so there’s probably one for you.

These rifles all come with a 3-9x42mm Redfield Revenge scope that is boresighted at the factory. Once you get it dialed-in, the rifle will deliver .99-MOA 3-shot groups with a cold barrel, if you do your part of course. The scope has a 4-Plex reticle and a matte black finish to match the rifle and its polymer stock.
