NJ Representative calls for a Congressional review of Homeland Security's armament (VIDEO)

Last week Leonard J. Lance, U.S. Representative for New Jersey’s 7th congressional district, made it public that he is calling for a full review by Congress of Janet Napolitano and the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) recent purchase of 1.6 billion rounds of ammo as well as 2700 heavily armored vehicles repatriated from Iraq and Afghanistan.

Congressman Lance said he has no plausible answer as to why DHS is arming themselves in such a fashion.
