What is Going On in This (Fake?) N. Korean Propaganda Film (VIDEO)

Recently we found a North Korean propaganda film showing Americans drinking snow under Red Cross tents packed with the bodies of the recently-deceased and all sorts of other craziness that, surely enough, turned out to be a hoax.

But this is different. It’s a compilation of proud (and not at all hungry) North Korean soldiers pounding their military might deep into the capitol of the U.S., targeting buildings in Washington with their (not at all computer-generated) rocket artillery.

Are they saying they conquered the U.S.? Or is this just a demonstration of how they might? What’s going on? Is this for real?

Readers, please, if you know any Korean, tell the rest of us what the hell is going on here.
