Justin Bieber Sued for Gun-Based Attack on Photog (VIDEO)

A photographer who was involved in a gun-related scuffle with Justin Bieber’s bodyguard has taken legal action against the teen heartthrob and his employee.

Paparazzi Jeffrey Binion filed a police report June 5, claiming the 19-year-old singer directed his bodyguard, Hugo Hesny, to attack and steal his camera’s memory card outside Miami’s Hit Factory recording studio.

Binion says Hesny slammed him against a wall, grabbed him by the throat and “displayed a gun” under his shirt. The Bieb’s other strongmen snatched the photog’s memory card and camera while he was restrained. Claiming he suffered bodily injury, mental anguish and medical expenses, Binion said:

“Justin Bieber is now an adult, and he should act like one. He needs to learn that he cannot use bodyguards as weapons to harm innocent people. Bieber’s violent behavior toward photographers must end, and he should take responsibility for his actions.”

Questions have arisen over whether Hesny is licensed to work as a bodyguard in Florida and whether he has a permit to carry a concealed weapon there.
