Band of Thieves Ambushed, Shot by Off-Duty Cops (VIDEO)

When a band of daring thieves decided to rob a restaurant, they weren’t expecting the patrons to be armed – but they were. The would-be robbers barreled into the eatery in Lima, Peru, last week, roughing up the staff and freaking out the customers. As the hold-up continued, a pair of off-duty police officers sprung into action, firing several rounds and wounding one of the robbers – who later gave up the names of his accomplices.
