Is gun Pilates the newest fitness craze? (VIDEO)

Trick shot enthusiast Kirsten Joy Weiss does the world a solid by inventing what could develop into the next biggest fitness craze: Gun Pilates.

The flexible trick-shot-aholic begins with a simple mediation pose, rifle rested placidly across her folded legs as she closes her eyes and breathes in her surroundings.

Breathe in through the nose… and out through the mouth. Repeat.

Right, now the interesting part.

Grounded to the earth and her weapon, Weiss bends backwards, arching her back as she targets an unsuspecting balloon from afar. With a gentle squeeze of the trigger, a pellet ejects from her air rifle and hits its mark approximately 30 yards away.

Gun Pilates.

Check out some of Weiss’ other trick shot videos where she shoots from a yoga pose, fires from a motorcycle and kindly spares an eraser head by blasting a skittle off of it.
