CEO commits suicide, shoots himself in head with nail gun eight times
Richard Tailey shot himself in the head and chest eight times in a successful suicide attempt.
A Colorado CEO used a nail gun to commit suicide earlier last week. He was found dead in his Greenwood Village garage Tuesday with seven or eight wounds in his head and chest, New York Daily News reports.
Richard Tailey, 56, was the CEO of American Title Services. His company was under investigation by state insurance regulator’s, though the reasons have not been revealed.
It is unclear whether or not the investigation into his company had any influence over his suicide.
