Thumb v. Slide: 10mm Glock 20 edition (VIDEO)

10mm is best mm.

This is a follow-up to MattV2099’s original Glock v. Thumb demonstration to show that you can indeed hold the slide shut on a striker-fired pistol. This is to test the urban legend of the Spetznas/DEVGRU/Mossad/mob assassin who would do this to leave no brass behind. Some argue that it also makes suppressed guns run just a teensy-bit quieter.

So it makes perfect sense to try this with 10mm, which is known for it’s subtlety and muffled report.

I’m sure now someone’s going to ask him to follow this up with Buffalo Bore stuff, then move up to .460 Rowland, then who knows what. We all know the saying, “It’s all fun and games until somebody gets hurt. Then it’s just fun.”
