Today kicks off the largest firearms and outdoor trade show in the world, the 37th annual Shooting Hunting Outdoor Trade — or SHOT, get it! — Show in Las Vegas.
At the four-day event gun makers show off their latest and greatest, retailers peruse and buy new inventory, and military and law enforcement look for new options.
Also, the show invites media to gain insight into the industry and gives them a sneak peek at new products and technology.
The show, owned and sponsored by the National Shooting Sports Foundation, the gun industry’s lobby, attracts nearly 60,000 attendants, buyers from all 50 states and more than 100 countries. And it also brings in an estimated $90 million in non-gaming revenue to the Las Vegas economy.
North American Arms (NAA) mini-revolvers go head-to-head with Bond Arms tough double-barrel derringers. These tiny guns offer deep concealment for those looking for a reliable backup gun or easily hidden defense piece.
