Photo of kids climbing on war memorial sparks debate
When photographer Matthew Munson spent some time in Washington, D.C. snapping still shots, he happened to catch a moment which has caused quite a bit of controversy.
“I managed to take some decent photos and even a very powerful one of two little brats climbing over war memorial right in front of a veteran. It was a sobering moment,” Munson noted on a Facebook post with the photo.
The photo has been shared across social media and generated some strong reactions. Some say it’s a blatant show of disrespect, while others say it’s simply a photo of two kids being kids. Share your opinions below.
