Man accidentally shoots self in Chick-Fil-A bathroom

A 40-year-old man suffered minor injuries after he accidentally shot himself in the bathroom of a Fairfield Township, Ohio, Chick-Fil-A. The incident occurred around 2 p.m. Tuesday while the unidentified man was pulling up his pants.

The bullet grazed the man’s leg, and other customers who were present at the time said they never even heard the gunshot. The man went to the hospital as a precaution, but was walking around and appeared okay when officers and paramedics arrived.

Authorities confirmed the man has a valid concealed carry permit, and he carried a Glock, which had no external safety. No charges have been filed.
