Hamilton v. the State of Florida: Toy guns are not weapons when used in a crime

A 2011 Florida court case makes it possible for a suspect to use a toy gun during the commission of a crime and still face lesser charges, as if no weapon was used, because a toy gun is not legally defined as a weapon.
