Cincinnati man charged with gunning down sisters, friend (VIDEO)

A judge ordered a Colerain Township man, accused of shooting to death his teenage sisters, locked up on a $6 million bond.

Matthew Hayden, 21, is also accused of shooting another teen on Oct. 21. He was visibly upset during his arraignment. Hayden faces two counts of murder and a count of attempted murder for the shooting behind the family’s Banning Road home.

Sarah and Elizabeth Hayden died in a minivan on the property. Joshua Hacker was rushed to UC Medical Center. Hacker was living in a tent in the family’s backyard.

Police said Hayden fired all 15 rounds in the magazine of a 9mm Beretta handgun, then calmly reloaded and opened fire again, shooting nearly two dozen times into the van and the three teens inside it.
