The oddly interesting MAG-7 shotgun (VIDEO)

Ian from Forgotten Weapons got a chance to take a look at the rarely-encountered South African-made MAG-7 shotgun.

Describing it as “an Uzi on steroids” this massive scattergun looks like it’s semi-auto, but is really a pump, though it does have a detachable box magazine. Another peculiarity with this Springbok 12 gauge is that it fires 60mm long shells, rather than the standard 70mm long (2 3/4 inch) shells commonly available here. This is mitigated by using Aguila mini-shells as a substitute.
