Beretta announced last week the July availability of armorer training for their line of LE/Military firearms.

Classes are available for the 92, 96 and M9 models, Px4 Storm pistols, the Cx4 Storm carbine, and the 1301 Tactical shotgun. Dates are July 11-14.

Beretta says the courses are designed for law enforcement and military armorers, firearms instructors, and technicians. The eligible attendee list is narrower. Only law enforcement officers, military and security personnel may enroll.

Each course spans one day. The cost is $300 per student. Those who complete a course will be certified by Beretta as an armorer of that system or model. Certification is valid for three years.

The company’s Acokeek, Maryland facility hosts the classes. Field locations are available on request. A calendar and enrollment information are available on the Beretta website.
