After a four-hour standoff at an Oklahoma City motel, two suspects wanted in connection to a drive-by shooting Thursday morning are in custody.

The shooting occurred around midnight at a convenience store and witnesses were able to give police a description and license plate number of the vehicle involved. A subsequent search turned up the vehicle at the Plaza Inn motel around 4 a.m., but the suspects were not so eager to be apprehended.

Police became engaged in a standoff for abot four hours before one of the suspects, 28-year-old Jesse Riddle, finally decided to turn himself in. However, his accomplice, 25-year-old Jezreal Apple, was nowhere to be found. Authorities believed she had fled on foot and was hiding in a nearby wooded area. She was later found and arrested as well. Both are facing charges for shooting with intent to kill and possession of a firearm.
