Slide Fire Solutions has teamed up with Colt to deliver the Competition CRZ-16 Marksman with integrated Slide Fire SSAR-15 MOD.

The system pairs Colt’s tactical AR-15 with Slide Fire’s innovative bump fire design which utilizes natural recoil for rapid fire.

Chambered in 5.56, the CRZ-16 features a 6 pound target trigger and extended charging handle. With a 16-inch barrel and low-profile fixed gas block, the Colt comes with guaranteed SUB-MOA accuracy.

Outfitted with Magpul furniture, the rifle also includes a 10-inch M-LOK aluminum-allow float-tube handguard, enlarged trigger guard and 30 round P-Magazine.

Slide Fire’s SSAR-15 MOD adjustable stock rounds out the collaborative design. The M4 collapsible style stock adjusts to six different positions for shooters. The stock is lefty friendly with an ambidextrous finger rest and quick-disconnect mount.

Though the SSAR-15 MOD is designed to give shooter’s a full auto feel, the company also doesn’t ignore accuracy. Brandon Renner of Slide Fire said the goal in the partnership was to marry fun with precise function.

“After researching and testing many different models of AR-15’s we discovered that the Colt Competition’s CRZ-16 is one of the best-made firearms on the market. It is lightweight, accurate and reliable,” Renner told Guns.com via email. “The CRZ-16 equipped with the SSAR-15 MOD stock will allow shooters to experience the best of two worlds; the thrill of Slide Fire when rapid firing and the accuracy of Colt Competition when using a standard trigger pull.”

The CRZ-16 with SSAR-15 MOD retails for $1,199.95.
