Barron Trump to be first son in the White House since JFK, Jr.

For the first time in more than 50 years, Americans will see a young boy living in the White House.

President-elect Donald Trump’s youngest son, 10-year-old Barron, will be the first son of a president to live in the White House since John F. Kennedy, Jr. Jacqueline Kennedy became pregnant with JFK, Jr. just a few weeks into her husband’s campaign for the presidency, and JFK, Jr. was just a baby when the Kennedy family moved to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in 1961.

Barron hasn’t traveled with his father much throughout his presidential campaign but typically stayed home with his mother, Melania, instead. But when young Barron was present, he would often – and unknowingly – provided comic relief to spectators who would catch him yawning, struggling to stay awake and otherwise acting straight-up bored through hours of speeches and other such campaign essentials.
