Gunmaker MKS Supply is offering up a new twist on a classic .45 caliber derringer pistol.

The new Inland Liberator Derringer takes the single shot version of World War II fame and modernizes it, giving it a stainless steel finish and a handsome wood grip featuring the Inland engraving.

The original Liberator was made by the Inland Division of General Motors in Dayton, Ohio. The pistol was used by resistance fighters, the underground against the Nazis in WWII.

The new Liberator weighs 18 ounces and has a three-inch barrel. It’s a two-shot, holding two .45 ACP rounds.

“Built solid like a tank, this Inland Liberator is a fun and great looking pistol,” reads a press release.  “It is a potent and very reliable concealed carry firearm.”

It retails for $495.
